Lifestyle Medicine Coaching
In its simplest form, lifestyle medicine is an evidence-based approach that involves replacing unhealthy behavior with positive ones in order to enhance health and wellness. As a lifestyle medicine coach, Becky partners with people seeking self-directed, lasting changes to their lifestyles. She supports and guides clients to engage in practices of lifestyle medicine, such as a healthy diet, regular exercise, good sleep and stress management in order to become healthier and happier.
Becky takes a heart-centered approach to lifestyle medicine by promoting moving, living and eating in ways that support our hearts. When our hearts are healthy and happy, we have the capacity to experience wellness in all aspects of life. With Indigo Bunting, you can learn to create a more joyful life through the discovery of your own health and wellbeing.
What To Expect
If you’re ready to begin or just want to learn more about lifestyle medicine coaching, schedule a free 30-minute consultation to get started and have all your questions answered. This consultation can be done online over Zoom or in person.
Following your consultation, if there is mutual agreement to work together, then weekly 1-hour sessions will be set up, with a minimum of four sessions recommended, but there is no long-term commitment required. Pricing will be discussed during your consult.
All coaching partnerships are flexible, working with your schedule, your needs and your goals.
